I wouldn't profess to be an economic expert, but I do have some recollection of how long it took to fix Reagan's deficits, when people where actually trying to fix them. With W, as near as I can tell, the only "fix" on the horizon is more tax cuts for rich people. Which, under conventional reality, would generally be thought the cause, not the solution, but nevermind.
