My point is exactly that--that we are barbarians. Killing innocent men, women, children, the elderly, shooting seriously wounded prisoners to death after leaving them for a day like that, "disappearing" terror suspects, I could go on and on.

The rationale you used above is EXACTLY what Al Qaida and Co. use to justify what they do to us.
