Although I haven't changed my position on Blockbuster (still own it), I have to give credit where it's due. Netflix just announced a type of buddy-list where you can share your queue/favorites with others; In addition, Netflix is offering gift subscriptions. Just this week, I thought "wouldn't it be cool if as a XMAS present I could give someone a 1-month subscription to Blockbuster.com and along with this gift give them a list of 10 great movies to rent." Netflix has just offered this ability to its users. Hopefully, Blockbuster will quickly jump on Netflix's innovation bandwagon.
