Saying someone's name is not exactly talking behind their backs, is it? I think you are hiding behind that ruse.

Just to clarify, though, I have no deputies. No one speaks for me, no one is telling me what to do behind the scenes, I authorize no one to do my bidding, etc.

Now is this perfectly clear? It is kind of insulting to insinuate that I cannot handle this by myself, I think, although I'm pretty sure you meant no harm.
