Another LNG facility wont make any difference in supply IMO. There is plenty of unused capacity in this market today. Spot LNG goes where the demand is and I expect at $5-6 NG there will be better prices to be had in Asia. The bottleneck is in liquification and tankers.

I suspect there is enough demand waiting around $5-6 to clear the market and get storage down to 1,000 bcf with a Winter <5% warmer than normal.

If storage ends over 1,300 - 1,500 bcf I suspect drilling will taper off a bit for a short time.

Remember though that supply is expected to be 1.5 bcfpd less than last year. But if supply is lower than last year now weather adjusted demand is even lower.
