just a question: is bovespa 'melting down' like the '94 mexican market due to Brazil's internal turmoil, or is this a pure side effect of the ASEAN market-meltdown? i am not much experienced in the latin american economies, but could it be that TBR's problems are coming from within. This is just a guess. therefore i make no claims about what problems they may be. i would like some knowledgeable people to enlighten us novices. thanks in advance.
