Well, at the time it was beleived, not only by the Admin., that Saddam did have WMD or was pursuing them.....he was given more than ample opportunity to come clean........its silly to try to lay some kind of blame on Bush for Saddam's unwillingess to abide by the terms of his surrender,etc.... J.
