"Most Iraqis want elections."

You cant always get what you want. Sometimes you have to work for it. I have yet to see enough of that. Think american revolutionary war--Could we have won our independence with france fighting england for our independence? Nope--americans had to step up. Enough did. In iraq in the contested areas in the triangle, few have. Shiaa mosque attacked. IT should be clear to them what terrorists and baathists have in mind for them. Time to fight. Where is al sadr now? mike
PS I know i am calling for a form of civil war here. So what. If the shiaa can start something, those supposed good sunnis out there can join in. And if they (the sunnis) choose the baathists and terrorists over democracy, they werent going to be such good allies anyway. Give them liberty or give them death. Stark choice for the triangle. mike
