Coaching is where its at. Some guys have a way of getting more out of players than others. Sherman isn't one of those guys. Furthermore, we face the task of having to groom the next QB. I don't think Sherman has shown a knack for developing guys either. It is for this reason I would offer the keys to the kingdom to Holmgren after this season. It would be the last great act before Harlan retires but I would only offer Holmgren the keys if he was willing to come and end his career in GB. I think Favre would stay another 2 years if this happened
