Reminder: We're counting down to 10DEC04 for the r/s on SPRU to be completed. Apart from other such efforts by typical companies, all the old certs delivered to the SPRU HQ from broker/dealers (..street name stock..) and individuals will ONLY be "..reissued.." as a new individual certs, under the new CUSIP number, and all the new certs will ONLY be mailed directly to the "..individual owners.." at their address of record. This takes the broker/dealers/DTC,etc., out of the loop. And, it eliminates the possibility of any further MFMMM fiddle-fuddling until the 'real' stockholders forward their NEW certs back to their personal brokers. All the non-existent naked-skivvy "..vapor shares.." will be blasted by a "..Klingon Distrupter Beam.." never to be seen again. Any ligit Shorts will have to cover and get their accounting straight, or they will lose those shares also. At nly $0.0025+/- pre-r/s, I still think it's better to accumulate now, as PRs and News are expected to roll out bigtime after the share/certs accounting is done. DYODD and 'dowhatchawannado', but you may not want to blow this one off. Subject 55071 John :-) .
