Dear Mr. Grazak,

I will attempt to answer your questions one by one.

1) We have 30kbps of bandwidth which can be expanded as needed;

2) You are only able to access the content providers within the WaveTop service;

3) We are based on the same basic principal in reference to your question about compusa and hewlett packard but there they are using a paging network and it is a subscription based service, whereas are service is free to the end user. Also their services are slower and you only have access or are given the headline of a story (generally) where WaveTop will provide the whole body of the corresponding story, article, including photos etc.

4)You as a consumer would want this sevice because it is free and does not require you to have a modem connection to use it. We are not targeting the business market this is a service geared toward the home PC user. However, businesses may want to advertise on WaveTop as we have potential market saturation of 99.9% of all home PC users, due to our contract to utilize the PBS sub carrier stations nationwide;
