Larry -- Well -- like you my average price is above today's trading price -- but It looks like we'll have to be patient. I have to check it, but I believe the DSP Expo will being going on about the same time earnings come out. I see that as a positive. I don't work in semis, so I've had to do some homework. I used to work in marketing in the software business. I was very impressed by the competitive advantages of TI's C6x DSP chip. (TI's 1.6 bips now v. LU's 240 mips in early 1998). If I come across anything important I'll post it up here. TGIF! :-) Angela
