Update on the REFR stock fraud 12/3/2004 As many of you are already aware, RFI management has used the tactic of creating the illusion of economic activity by conspiring with certain individuals to register shell companies in Delaware and Florida and claim in numerous press releases that they are "distributors" or "licensees". I've been very interested in the activities of Florida residents Alex Martinez and his wife So-Youn Kim, who were directly involved in the Inspectech aircraft window fraud and the SPD-Systems fraud. So-Youn is Korean and is the direct link back to insiders at the now defunct SPDi. I've also been following the antics of husband and wife team Fred and Paula Schoener and thier co-conspirator Liselotte Bader. Bader and the Schoeners have been spamming REFR propoganda on the internet for years, but more importantly they were directly involved in stock promotion fraud when they registerd a phony Florida corporation named "Solar Comfort, Inc." and subsequently represented themselves as a distributor of SPD products on Scott Edgell's and Seth Turner's "Infinitint" web site. Infinitint is the recent incarnation of another shell company named Razor's Edge - also purporting to be a manufacturer of SPD products. My attorney and I have worked with the Florida state attorney's office and the division of corporations. I am happy to report that the Schoener's "Solar Comfort" corporation has been revoked and is now defunct, null, and void as of 10/1/2004. Interestingly, the reference to "Solar Comfort" has also been deleted from the Infinitint web site.
