Ok George. Anytime a woman fails to be anything other than totally mean to you, you must remember to give yourself the same chastisment. I find it rather appaling that you cannot accept a good word from a woman. (or allow me to, or whatever your point is.) Or is this because of my age? A youngin' (best word that fit) gets a encouragement or any positive emotion from an adult and it's automatically the intellectual equivalent of breast feeding? Do you ever complement or encourage the kids in your class? Do you feel some kind of guilt in doing so? "Nope nope, I'm the teacher. Gotta grind 'em down. Gotta crush some self esteem." Please, if I've mis-interpreted the post just tell me and I will give you my deepest apologies. I don't want the blankness of this medium to cause yet another outbreak of flaming here. Nor will I comment on your vision of death as "part of the equation" ------------ To alexa, Glad to ease your suffering. Trust me, I never thought of your post as anything mean-spirited or derogatory. (nor did I consider it gushing maternal coddling, as George believes)
