You say it was bad intelligence, but there is plenty of information that says that Saddam did indeed have the intent to reconstitute his dual use weapons labs once scrutiny had moved elsewhere. In addition, we have hard evidence of his ties to terrorism. In addition, there is a mountain of circumstantial evidence that he managed to hide stocks of WMD. Do you remember the satellite and ground intelligence of a 2 mile military convoy leaving Iraq and heading to Syria days before the invasion of Iraq?

They weren't transfering cup cakes. Of that, you can be sure.
