- Motion to Declare Plaintiff a Vexatious Litigant: DENIED from the bench;
- Motions to Dismiss or to Compel Arbitration: ORDERS PENDING;
- Rea ORDERED to retain counsel for Trading Places within no more than TEN DAYS, OR, Trading Places shall proceed without any legal representation;
- All parties ADMONISHED that at the conclusion of this action one or more parties shall certainly be severely SANCTIONED, AND, sanctions may not be avoided by any party filing for bankruptcy.
