Dear Ms Schreier:

I can't speak for the other stockholders of Wavephore but I must say that I'm unsettled that management has chosen to make use of this particular forum to communicate to its stockholders. Are your comments here made in your official capacity as the manager of investor relations? Is senior management aware of your activity? Are we then to assume that senior management has decided to make use of SI as an official channel of communication? If so it is not a prudent decision, in my opinion.

I may also personally think that Bob is an idiot and if I say as much, I do so as an individual investor. However it seems inappropriate for someone representing a publicly traded company whose job is "investor relations" to make official comments like..."its your attitude that sucks".

It reflect poorly on you and the company.
