I contacted one of m y former colleagues at Sapiens and he says the 2.2M conversion was partly part of the lawsuit settlement that was resolved last year, and part of it was the bond restructuring that was done in 95 (Sapiens exchanged its issued bonds with its shares at the time to avoid paying the interest and strenghtening its balance sheet). This should be of absolutely no concern. In the short term though the stock may (just may) do a consolidation of about 5-6% (or to go down to perhaps as low as $7.75-$7.8/shr). however, I highly doubt this to happen since on a volatile day such as today the price remained pretty much stable between $8.5-$8.71/shr.

Also, next Tuesday Sapiens will do its presentation in the Y2K conference in New York, and that should spark a few lights here and there, and with the huge contracts it has received (and I strongly anticipate it to continue to receive the small dillution of shares is really insiginificant).
