re: Can't be afraid of the truth, can we?

Look in the mirror. You and so many here are so righteous, so sure of yourselves, you are afraid that perhaps that the distortions presented in this indictment might NOT be etirely accurate.

At least you speak your own mind, unlike Petty_Girl whose intellect only knows Cut&Paste. It's pretty obvious that when she posts her own ideas, they are 100% off base. That's why I don't respond to her anymore. I simply can't be bothered being her editor. Others are doing a fine job of pointing out her ignorance.

Yet, your last post was all fluff; no content; no ideas; no worth; ALL BLEATING.. baaaa baaa baaa... with the other sheep following the easy path of assuming everything Tony is accused of is accurate. Are you prepared to come here and apologize if this trial results in an acquittal on all counts? (I'm not predicting that, but I am asking about your integrity.)

How about getting specific with your points? How about putting yourself on the line and making specific criticisms about MY comments instead of inane bleating of your own?
YOU go ahead and speak the TRUTH if you think you know it and can back up your statements with personal knowledge or references that hold credibility. I'm willing to listen.

I speak from personal experience and personal FIRST HAND observation. For example, I know that Tony's sale of his kids' trust accounts came after days of watching him whine and complain about the market conditions and how much he hated being long. Finally, he simply cried "uncle" and said he'd had it and was going to dump all the longs rather that see them slide lower every day. That's the TRUTH. The prosecution would know this since they had access to all the logs, yet they again brought up the issue in the trial.

I'll raise the challenge to YOU to tell the truth. Go ahead get started. You haven't yet.
