It depends on how you see it if you think higher rates will create a rush on housing then that is how you play it. You have to be fast in my opinion catch the wave up and drop off before rip tide.

I think houses are way over priced at least here in CA about 19% of the populous can afford a house, so the market has limited entrants.

Growth in transports re our shipping ports is increasing.

I never in my wildest dreams anticipated housing to go this high yet it continues to hold pricing wise as far as i can see.
