That talk is what I've been thinking of playing.

I suspect the dollar will start to strengthen with the new tax revenues from corporate America. The strengthening dollar will help keep T-Bills from running out of control. Which should in turn keep mortgage rates low.

There has been a termendious amount of talk of the housing bubble. This talk has kept the hime builders PE around 7 to 8.

If the bubble does not burst then the home builders war chest of cash will grow to amounts that justify double to triple their stock price.

It is always the Californians that talk about the housing bubble. But here in Maryland. If a person was struggling with their pay check. They can still with some hard searching find a house for $500 per month.
