Sounds allot like K-Mart and Braniff. Both those went higher and they came out and basicly said that shareholders of common where getting ZIPPO.

K-MART being a amazing story out of BK. Valued land that was worth 900 million to one bilion dollars during BK as close to worthless.

Common shareholders got screwed.
