man, i hear you,..........stopped going to blockbuster years ago. The goofy teenagers who "check in" the movies are so stupid they can barely spell their own name.

I figured what was going on with patrons being accused of never returning movies. Every once in a while one of the employees pockets the dvd, tape and no one is the wiser. The customer gets screwed.
