The small investor

Another important case for small investors and Olivier's description of the process is frank and interesting. The denial of the motion to declare the proceedings as vexatious (I must get a dictionary and look that up) appears to be based on Olivier agreeing to no further actions at present. In my reading of this thing hasn't he already won a few rounds, something about West Virginia taxes and having his accounts frozen ? I can't remember the details right now but I think the judge is going to get an earful. I am thinking Olivier only has to prove a bit of obfuscation and this thing could go ballistic on his opponents.

It was a nice shot though wasn't it, Mr. Mitchell throws some beauties out there but that one was Olivier's I think.
