Eliot, What do I have to do to get plain charts with the same securities that I see tagged as a Smart chart. The smart charts will "remember" the windows and indicators you used to view a stock, and will reproduce it when you re-open the window. You can change the default Chart to appear according to your tastes. When you open a security for the first time, it will display the default chart. If you want it plain, set the default chart accordingly. - Is this what you meant? I'm afraid I haven't experienced the cryptic dates you mentioned. When you zoom in the dates on the scale should "stretch" properly. Paul
