Thank you - That is what I was looking for - an explanation of PUGS - A@P I basically know most of that story. Cheers - helps because I find the story very interesting and not just the Anthony part. Should be a movie. Not enough good stock movies. Like any axemurdered manages to get a movie deal but we rarely see movies based on the markets. Like ENRON WCOM martha, the Rigas's to name a few. I guess not enough people interested in it. I am marginally involved with another made for TV story of KHI-TSE where an absolute fluury of lawsuits are involved. The main brokerage house is being used by many key shareholders. The brokerage house is suing them also for margin issues. The main broker has admitted to share price manipulation and he is being sued by many. Insiders are suing the broker. Small shareholders are suing the crooked brkoer and the insiders and the brokerage house. It has taken years to get to this but I was the one who initally raised all the red flags on the share price manipulation but because I lost very little on it I have stepped back from any legal actions as not worth my time.
