New thread for January Effect 2005 that I created: techstocks.com Last year there basically was no January Effect. I think the reason is that 2003 was a big bull market after several years of bear markets. Few stocks went down in 2003, and few investors had tax gains to offset. I'd guess it will be different in 2005.
