Yes, insider trading is illegal. But there is nothing wrong with jumping on for the ride, which I did, and no doubt many others did. We're having a party here, and no one knows why. Or at least no one here. <VBG>
I almost dumped some shares at 11, but decided to hold over the weekend, which I may regret, because this thing could come down faster than it went up if there is no news. I hope management issues a press release on Tuesday to clear the air. Of course, if there is no official takeover, but one is being negotiated, their hands are tied and we will continue in the dark. If it is a big order, I would think they might have announced it already.
