Hopefully rummy is there for cleanup purposes only and after the election our policy can move off the dime that it is seemingly stuck on. After this weekend, its hard to see anything but a three state solution awaiting us down the road. What will be the names of the three states? 1. Kurdistan 2. Triangularistan 3. Shiaastan We will have civil war in #2 and border conflicts between the others and the triangle and other neighbors i am sure. Sun thought the best solution syrian takeover of western iraq. Give them all a Baaath so to speak. Can kurds and turks get along. Can iraqi shaiaa arabs remain free of persian shiaa control? We will have to add a wing to the State Department and hire new analysts given all this.
