Talk about feelings: O.K. Today at the gym when three Muslim women walked by in their burkas... on the way out of the gym I felt anger. Now, never in my life have I been prejudiced.... having integrated a summer camp in the fifties with Jews and blacks ...and having worked in the Civil Rights movement. It was a phenomenon to me that I felt this anger. And they are probably just wonderful women who are probably as much against the terrorists as any of us. But, I was amazed at my feelings for they were there and I became cognizant of them... Sometimes the things we FEEL are not rational. They are predicated on reactions to stimuli .. That is my rationalization.....or is it ? We can talk about our feelings and what makes us angry ?
