I agree... with the exception of cutting the payroll tax. Get the transition costs paid, then think about cutting FICA taxes.

The "rich" also get a benefit if the personal savings rate increases... it will lower interest rates and make capitol more available for companies.

We've got to start being realistic about what this country can and cannot afford.
