Cafe, Inc. (the "Company") will be held, by order of the Board of Directors of
the Company, at the Hopkins House, 1501 Highway 7, Hopkins, Minnesota 55305 on
September 29, 1997 at 8:00 a.m., or at any adjournment or adjournments thereof, for the purpose of considering and taking appropriate action with respect to the following:
1. To approve and adopt the Company's 1997 Directors' Stock Option Plan.
2. To approve an amendment to the Company's 1995 Stock Option and Compensation Plan to increase the number of shares of Common Stock reserved for issuance thereunder by 1,000,000 shares.
Pursuant to due action of the Board of Directors, shareholders of record on August 25, 1997, will be entitled to vote at the meeting or any adjournments
thereof.
Well, bro, I suggest everyboby reads this puppy carefully when its available at the SEC. I stopped scanning it when I came to the part about 350,000 shares for Lyle Breman as we're off to Indiana and I didn't feel like ruining my week-end!
