Ok... Here's the rules.

1. Overwhelmingly, free speech will be tolerated.

2. Flaming and baiting will get you a warning, then a ban.

2. If I ban you, you'll have to convince me to reinstate you.

3. But I believe in second chances.

4. Continued flaming and baiting will get you a second, permanent ban. No exceptions.

Running a thread is like running a business, if it gets too big you have to start putting in controls.
