Terry, Have you factored in Iraq and its presidential elections which will take place in January? This will make Iraq a democracy and the first one of its kind of the OPEC nations. They will also be an ally of the U.S. meaning that they could break away from OPEC and break OPEC altogether. Iraq holds some of the richest oil reserves in the world. Reid
