Thanks for your analysis. I've been following SPNSF for 2-3 weeks now and finally decided to jump in. Put a limit order in last night to buy this morning and quickly pulled it back when I saw the preferred conversion announcement this morning. Since the price didn't tank early morning, I figured it was probably still safe to enter at this price (should of done it weeks ago though).

Isn't the conference next Thursday, not Tuesday as you posted? Do you expect anything significant to come out of the presentation?
