I went to Chicago about ten years ago and at the bar in the loop area the hockey game wasn't on TV, I asked about it and the bartender looked at me with a look of ... what are you talking about. Wanted to see them live but they were sold out. Speaking of giving away tickets, the other day the Celtics gave away 4000 tickets and still didn't sell out, your not alone.

I'm with you for the most part, give me the playoffs on my 55" LCD (only 65 lbs) over cold season tickets. I do know someone who last year bought the Bruins cheapest season tickets and moves into the box empty seats just about every game, he gets the biggest kick out it, still I'll pass on that too.

Turned down a Yankee/Sox playoff game? did I hear that right :), you are going to get a rep. ... around here if your sold them, that's like a grand in your pocket.

enjoy the wrestling matches, tough and crafty, imo. Seems like a lot of attention is drawn on the WWF?, maybe your son can try that and make a buck, The Killer Irishmen or something catchy, sorry if that would diminish his sport in some way, but just a thought.

Christmas shopping almost done, kids want money, more than gift cards or anything else. Makes it easier, but what happened to opening a few gifts.
