Hi m1,
I've bought some GGNS during the last few weeks, fwiw. Looking for a January pop or a boost if and when the merger gets completed.

Looks like both companies are getting sold by their current shareholders. I guess it's possible that there is a major effort to short the stock and keep the merger from happening. Aixtron was in the 5s before they announced the merger and now it's in the 3.50s or down 30%, roughly the same fall as GGNS since July.

What are your thoughts on this situation or have you dumped and moved on?
