Do tell, how many of US friends in the third world countries have been democracies or even benign dictatorships? How much does US contribute to the environmental causes, global warming, rain forest preservation, etc? What is the US stance on establishing the international rule of law? Does US support a ban on anti-personnel mines (which every year kills or maims tens of thousands of innocent children)?

Relative to its power, US is no more or less evil than France or China would have been.
