Is there a single place in the United States where you are not free to pray or read the Bible at any time and under any circumstances? Obviously there are places where prayer must be silent ... you can't very well have people praying audibly during a trial in a courthouse, obviously. But other than that I don't see any restrictions on worship whatsoever.
