It's a big country and you'll always be able to find something really silly happening somewhere, the law of large numbers demands it.

Unless the SCOTUS has approved of this policy, I think it is premature to talk about Constitutional Amendments.

I would bet you that 99.99% of the school districts in the U.S. allow the use of the Declaration of Independence in class.

Just because something crazy happens every once in a while doesn't mean we have to go apesh**.
