I assume you are basing this statement on the following section of the article: "Terrell told jurors that he received inside information from Derrick Cleveland... that he knew it was illegal to trade on that information." This is obviously a coached answer. As we've discussed before, it remains to be seen how "nonpublic" is defined when considering the phrase "material nonpublic information". Remember, we're focusing here on the "what", not the "how."

The term "sheeple" implies that people just did what Tony told them to do. Therefore, by your definition, it will be almost impossible to prove that people were motivated into action by material nonpublic information as opposed to simply bought and sold when told to.
