You forgot one key element in this case Jeff. Bob Hansen, Donald Terrell, and Derrick Cleveland had already pleaded guilty on the "what". Do you really think they pleaded guilty if the government did not have a strong case against them? They all admitted they got the information from Tony's private website, and they knew it was illegal to trade on that information.

You are clearly in denial of the fact in this case.
