Walter ... I think this time around VCAR will be coming out of the closet so to speak. Investors have been burned badly by it in the past and are just not rushing in again to a blzing inferno. I got in at just under 13 cents - been holding awhile. Long shot but IF this current board wants to expand VCAR, at some point (your guess likely better than mine), it will take off and some serious money flow in. I have heard of their newest addition, she has a good reputation in Int'l Financing arena. Mentally I've written off any big move until later in the year so as to see production ramp up, sales actually happen, and see if the VCAR nameplate will appear elsewhere besides on the M-12.
