Tom, one more thing to consider for your short-list of surprises is that Corel booked $13 M revenue in Q2 for Office for Java. With the abandonement of this project Corel may have to cancel the contract and reverse the sale. If so, that'll be a big hit on revenue. Certainly your considerations on the expense side could happen. Up, Up, & Away! Scott
