I agree that Canada is the exception. Even Indias health care system is way better than ours. Personally I hate Canada's system but as far as accountability, peoples hands are tied here buy folks like Ujjal Dosangh who knows nothing about health care and yet he gets appointed Canada's Health Minister. I think the best system is Australia where one can use the governments offerings or go private. I don't think it has anything whatsoever to do with socialism but more to do with free choice. Countries that have both systems do better.
