I don't know any specific examples of the BIOS companies incorporating I2O. In my mind, they tend to work deep down in traditional areas, with the likes of USB, PC Card, 1394, etc., and may not yet appreciate reasons to integrate I2O.

I expect that RTOS companies will have dealings with the BIOS companies. In fact, MWAR has mentioned dealings with SystemSoft, for supporting portable, wireless devices. Apparently, SystemSoft would bring to the deal PC Card and power management software.
