clap- yes. that's the boat. his house is coming along more slowly than he'd like because he spends all his spare time working on other projects, on people's boats, etc. he's over-generous with his time and talent. he could probably finish up in 6-8 months if he'd stop doing OPW (other people's work). he and mary LOVED the baja. if he moves to mexico that's the likely area (for now). when we sailed over there last march he came back determined to buy a place down there. i like the caribbean side better. better sailing, and real coconut trees like in the south pacific... white sand, green foliage, rum, parrots... arrrrrgh! -bly
