What's weak?

Domestic and foreign policies which have led to the death of over a million (foreign) human beings? One of these days I'll have to put in the research to come up with a more accurate estimate. I'm comfortable that its at least a million; I fear its a lot more over the last 200 years or so; a very large percentage of those deaths were in "modern" times.

I suppose you are ok with every one of those deaths...
