On Topic<g> Question..INGN just announced a PIPE.. biz.yahoo.com They are supposed to be presenting at the San Antonio Conference later today..I'm confused about 'quiet period'..I went to sec.gov where they talked about shelf registration quiet period but couldn't find anything re: PIPES..TIA.. On a related note to yesterday's discussion on the dollar..the finacier is British..they bought in for the equivalent of 3.5ish USD/share Zeta
