One of my sisters is sort of a demi-goddess aunt, the other one is crazy.

I'm... both in one, but the Mother Goddess has taught her children well. ;) It's a southern tradition to have a crazy aunt? And.... it is a good thing, I think. I had aunts on both sides of my family who meant so much. They all had kids, but took aunt duties differently. Plus the Granny farm to run away to. I think there is a great place for that in families. All of my cousins treasure both the farm for being a haven, and their aunts for listening as adults "not quite so serious about things". And their own kids would run to the other aunts, of course.
